Ferwod Link respects the privacy of its users and is committed to protecting all data collected during the use of the application. By using the platform, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1 المعلومات التي نقوم بجمعها Information We Collect

نقوم بجمع المعلومات التالية لتقديم الخدمة وتحسينها:

  • Project Data: Photos, videos, audio recordings, and blueprints uploaded to facilitate communication between clients and engineers.
  • Device & Analytics Data: Such as IP address, device type, and OS version to ensure app stability and resolve technical issues.
  • Financial Transactions: Payments are processed through secure, certified payment gateways. We do not store sensitive credit card data on our servers.

2 بيانات الموقع الجغرافي Location Data

تطلب منصة فروود لينك (Ferwod Link) الوصول إلى بيانات الموقع الجغرافي الخاص بك لتقديم الخدمات الأساسية للمنصة، ويتم استخدامها كالتالي:

  • تطبيق العميل (Client App): نقوم بالوصول إلى موقع العميل لتحديد موقع المهمة أو المشروع بدقة، لكي يتمكن المهندس المسؤول من الوصول إلى العميل لإتمام المهام الهندسية والميدانية المطلوبة.
  • تطبيق المهندس (Engineer App): نقوم بجمع بيانات موقع المهندس لمشاركة موقعه مع الشركة والعميل، وضمان متابعة سير العمل وتوجيهه إلى موقع المشروع الصحيح بكفاءة.

نحن لا نشارك بيانات الموقع الجغرافي مع أي أطراف خارجية غير مخولة، ويقتصر استخدامها فقط على الأغراض التشغيلية المذكورة أعلاه.

Ferwod Link requests access to your device's location data to deliver core platform features, used as follows:

  • Client App: We access the client's location to precisely identify the task or project site, enabling the assigned engineer to reach the client and complete the required field work.
  • Engineer App: We collect the engineer's location data to share it with the company and the client, ensuring efficient work tracking and directing the engineer to the correct project location.

We do not share location data with any unauthorized third parties. It is used exclusively for the operational purposes described above.

6 خصوصية الأطفال Children's Privacy

تطبيقنا غير موجه للأطفال دون سن 13 عاماً، ونحن لا نجمع بياناتهم عمداً. إذا علمنا بوجود بيانات طفل على خوادمنا، نقوم بحذفها فوراً.
